3 Vendor Terms & Conditions

1. Revenue Share & Platform Fee: Vendors receive 60% of Gross Revenue per successful sale. Hangchat retains a 40% platform fee to cover infrastructure, hosting, bandwidth, marketing, and payment gateway processing costs. Vendors bear any international payout bank transfer fees.

2. Google Drive Storage Policy & Data Control: Uploaded product files and source codes are stored and managed under master platform Google Drive storage via our site plugin, ensuring data governance, backup security, and availability under our platform management rules.

3. Protected Download Links: Google Drive download links are strictly hidden from public pages and REST API. Access is granted solely to verified buyers upon order status reaching Completed.

4. Manual WorldFirst Payouts: Minimum withdrawal amount is **$50.00 USD**. Payout requests are reviewed manually and processed in batch payouts via **WorldFirst Batch Payment** export.

5. Quality & Compliance Guarantee: Uploading malicious code, malware, illegal content, or copyright-infringing material is strictly prohibited. Accounts in violation will be permanently banned and associated balances frozen.
